How much will it cost?
We’re always upfront about costs — no surprises.
Our comprehensive first visit includes:
A 60-minute appointment with your dentist
X-rays and photos
A scale and clean
A personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs
A deep discussion about your long term goals for your teeth.
The total cost is usually between $400 to $500, but your health insurance may cover most of it. Depending on your cover, you might pay little to no gap.
We accept all health funds and are preferred providers for HBF and NIB, which often means better rebates for you. Insurance policies are changing, so gap-free cleans may not apply to all members. Feel free to contact your fund before your visit, or we can scan your card in clinic and let you know exactly what your cover includes.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I'm worried.
We get it. Even the dentists don't see a dentist regularly! We're not here to judge. Many of our patients have felt the same before coming to see us. We’re here to help you move forward, not dwell on the past — no lectures, no shame, just support.
Do you take Medicare or private health insurance?
We accept all major health funds and can process your rebate on the spot through HICAPS.
We’re also preferred providers for HBF and NIB, which means lower out-of-pocket costs for many patients.
Medicare doesn’t typically cover general dental unless you’re part of a government program. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help you check your eligibility.

That’s very common, and we completely understand. We take things at your pace, explain every step, and do everything we can to help you feel comfortable and in control.
